"Forever" is a figure of speech but I had this Rendimento non-residence account for a few years. I applied when there was a promotion (fee waiver) otherwise the monthly fee makes it not worth it. I am not sure if they have waived it for good. If you want PIX, Recargapay app is the best option. It can also link your foreign credit card to pay with PIX but this will incur 3/3.5% (sp) fee. Or you can top up by transferring some reais using Remitly. The best thing is your top-up reais in the app accumulate interest (103-110% CDI). A few thousand reais in the app earn me a few reais daily. It also offers virtual and physical credit cards. Another app is 99 (ride share) with its 99 pay. With only CPF (limited registration) you can use its pix but it has a limit of 1000 reais per month. I use this and rendimento as a backup when I need to use more than 1000 (max) reais at night - a PIX limit set by bank/gov.

I am a foreigner with a Brazilian bank (Banco Rendimento) account and have been using Pix (recargapay, 99 pay, rendimento bank app) forever. I only have a CPF. I even have a credit card issued by recargapay.

Why not both? Rio and SP are pretty close together. Flights can be super cheap if you book early, and buses are even cheaper! I'll be in SP during gay pride in June (19-22).

There is a new Sauna For Homme that opened 'recently'. Never been but from their instagram, have interactive boys on certain days. AFAIK, floripa has no GP saunas still/ever. Best time to go? Probably during carnaval, pride or summer but it'll be packed with local and international tourists - traffic will be very bad around the lagoa/beach area. Last time I was there was a few years ago. Maybe someone from the forum who visited recently can chip in.

FYI Florianopolis aka Floripa has no GP sauna. However, it does have a popular very cruisy nude beach (Galheta) and active non-GP sauna if that's your thing.

I went on a Saturday late night. Not sure about the show but there were 2 interactive boys start having sex in the dark room and everyone just joined in. They keep doing it when nobody is in the dark room. So maybe they are paid to go at it for 1 hour or so? Chupps Sauna e Bar: Ground floor: Reception (i also saw an entrance to a dance area. For those who wants their money worth, hiring from garoto com local might be more economical. Even if they charge 400/hr (one of my regular charges 200/hr standard for everyone). Its an hour with gozar minus the entrance, drink and suite fees. I believed I saw a poster last week at 117 that the suite was 40 (not sure if its an old poster)

Each GP has he's own pricing model. Recently I brought a masseur (from one of the massage places in SP) to Lagoa. I let him roam free to pick someone for us. He was getting a lot of attention. Three GPs approached him and all quoted him 400. I had to step in to bring the price lower. The GPs can smell a newbie from a mile away. So I would say the pricing is as below (for most GPs) Regular local Regular gringo New local New gringo Obviously, you can negotiate for a lower price but personally I'll just pass if the first price is ridiculously high. Most time they will just do the minimum as they are not expecting a repeat.

In Rio, both 202 and 117 are closed as well today (24th). Only Sexy Rose and Seven Cruising seems open until evening. At least 202 will be open tomorrow. 117 closed for 3 days from 23rd.

Weekends. I flew in on a Saturday and left Tuesday. Tempu on Saturday and Sunday. The guy I played with on my first night I thought was a GP but turned out he wasn’t. He was doing the GP things, stroking his dick at the corner, making eye contact etc. Monday I went to a non GP sauna, Thermas People Club. It was quite empty when I was there but manage to have some fun. Mixed crowd.

I met a very cute but straight guy in BH hotel last year. We went out exploring BH together. He invited me to visit Vitoria where he is from. So last month, I made a side trip there after Recife. We climbed Morro do Moreno and it was tiring but worth the view. You can see the landscape of Vitoria and Vila Velha from up there. He brought a personal trainer friend with him. Shirtless throughout the climb. The sight is no less breathtaking than on top of the hill. I stayed at an apartment in Vila Velha by Praia da Costa which is recommended by him. Nice place, similar to Boa Viagem in Recife but less crowded. Now back to the most important part. Yes, there is a sauna com garotos there. It’s called Sauna Tempu and it’s in Vila Velha. It’s a bit run down and only have a few GPs. Counted 5 one day and 3 the next day. Only 1 I think was hot which I hired. I played with the other patrons mostly. There were 1 or 2 good looking patron when I visited and play with them whole night. I found the guys there are very approachable and no hangups; maybe I am the new face I dunno. So would I visit again? If I am on a long vacation and visiting the other cities nearby I would.

@Xclay Well, if you are willing to pay to play, then it’s considered ‘hot’. But yeah, the ones I saw were at least sauna ‘hot’. I think they were visiting GPs from other city that also goes to Sauna Dragon.

I arrived in Rio last night after a very long flight. Managed to go to 202 around 9 pm as it was nearer to me than 117. Crowd was bad, got a drag singing to almost empty venue. Spent most of the time in the steam room to relax and some fun. It was drizzling when I walked back from 202. Wanted to go to Chupps or Taurus after but the rain and tiredness won.
