I agree, so far all information seem to be based on rumors and gossip. I think the bottom line is that we always have to be as careful as possible, but we must be aware that there is always a degree of risk. Shit happens even when we take all due precautions. I find interesting how the saunas GPs are reacting, as this kind of tragic events tarnishes all boys for many clients.

You forgot #5 If you bring someone to your home, keep a door closed and tell him not to make loud noises because your room mate is sleeping.

This is so sad. I wonder how many times I have been in risk of being murdered. This is so tragic. One life lost and two very young ones probably ruined, all for pity money.

It looks like you are not very well equipped to understand reality.

I think it is clear that @Tomcal is not advocating for his reaction as what we should do in a similar situation. He is just sharing how he reacted. We all may discuss what would be the best thing to do in such a limit situation, but we do not know what we will do until we are there.

Of course I can be wrong. I often am. Let me explain a little bit what I said. First of all, I think the debate around a candidate "homophobic" or "racist" nature, as it is going on right now about Trump, is pointless. We just cannot read people's thoughts and you just get into an endless exchange of anecdotal examples of how the guy is or is not whatever label you are discussing. I only care about the policies the candidate implements. Second, I do think gay rights are important, but there are social and civil rights that are more fundamental, because they affect more people, like women rights or workers rights. So far I have never voted a homophobic candidate because usually the guys I agree with tend to be on the same page I am. I am a leftist, not in American terms of leftist (which would be just a Liberal), but in the world wide understanding of what a leftist is. So although I have never been in a situation where I had to vote for a candidate labeled as "homophobic", I can imagine one where I would support someone who opposes gay marriage but is for 12 weeks of paid maternity leave, for instance. But the thread was not about me but about gays who vote republican. Friends here are claiming they cannot understand them and I am just saying that it is very easy. Just one example, imagine rich gays. As any rich person, they are shielded from every day regular challenges. For them it is much important to get a tax cut or to keep the minimum wage low than promoting gay rights. And it is just one example, I am sure you all are smart enough to come our with countless different situations where a homosexual person can choose a candidate that is not so homosexual friendly. For many people being gay is not the fundament for their identity. I know it is not for me. When I choose a candidate I disagree on many things, his or her policy on gay rights could be one of the things I am not in full agreement with.

Yes and yes. I am a recently naturalized citizen, this vote was my first, I used to voted regularly in my country of origin.

I think we live in different planets. Or perhaps centuries.

I do not see why it is so difficult to understand that there are gay republicans. Not everyone's identity is built around sexuality on one hand, on the other we re not one single issue voters. I would vote for a homophobic candidate if his/her agenda agrees with mine on other issues I consider more important.

I am glad you are OK!

Back in the 90s my friend and I picked up a couple of guys in Marrakesh main avenue. Then he went to a hammam (or whatever is the right spelling, the local version of saunas) and picked up another guy. I guess now you have Grindr.

If Republicans do really well, that means we do not understand how American politic and Americans in politic work anymore. Failing to predict 2016 may be an anomaly, but if the polls are wrong again.... well, we have to start from scratch. I am not making any predictions. Fortunately I will be busy working up to 5ish, so I will get home with almost no waiting for the polls to close.

House of Cards minus Kevin Spacey
Latbear4blk replied to TotallyOz's topic in Theater, Movies, Art and Literature
Just watched the first episode, about to start the second. She is fantastic. However, I hated the letting-go-the-bird/Frank metaphors at the beginning and the middle finger at the ending. -
-
What confuses me is that, based on @TotallyOz's report, the cap should be higher in order to do so. It is probably incompetency, you're right.
-
Well, it looks like Fox News is the only channel you are watching.

Thanks for educating me. But I still do not fully understand. Based on previous posts in this thread, I had the impression that the 2K minimun requirement was considered too high by the posters. However, you are telling me that it is not. What am I missing?
-
If I am right, that is almost 2k U$S. I thought that is a lot of money as monthly income to live in Thailand. Am I wrong?
-
Secretly? You are watching the wrong channel.

You can start writing when you finish fucking. Please, I do not want to interrupt the source for your inspirational reports.

Let's hope so, but ... how did that work in the USA? -
You mean somebody. You always find them.
