Friday - Reborn. It was totally recover from Thursday. Let say Lagoa as always seen. Arrived at a decent hour: 6:00 pm. Good mix of boys. Hello Fellow, After so much consumption of the info on this forum, I think it is fair to return the favor. Just some notes about my daily visits to Termas Lagoa. For those unfamiliar with the place and how to arrive: http://www.thermaslagoa.com.br/. Thursday - The Night of the Living Dead. Be warned. End of the month and Thursday is a dangerous mix. Add to that arriving after 8:00 pm. About 20 persons in the place, 10 boys and ten customers, including some friends from the owner. Karaoke night. God, you don't go to Lagoa to see a good talent contest but, it was pretty depressing the whole scene. The boys were in a very boring attitude. In the middle of despair, I hired a muscled, beard, trimmed boy, that looks like a great sample of Brazilian masculinity. A bad choice. He did his best to hide it, but he was a queen in inside a macho body. Standard rate: 150 BRL. Paid to avoid problems. The lessons: Don't go in Thursday if payday has not arrived. You have access to hospitals designed for foreigners, and any minor/mid issue should be handled. Please don't expect Mayo Clinic or something like that and, unless you are in an emergency... patience. Dutch - I also plan to be by end of May. Be advised that temperatures could be pretty high! Lets keep in touch so you we can share advises. If you like lean, young, dark-skin guys, you will have a lot of chances at Malecon and Las Vegas cabaret. If you are looking for white guys, muscular, you have less chances. The latter are in high demand! If you speak some Spanish, and/or you have a good local friend that can escort you, you will have better chances to pick guys and avoid troubles. Casas particulares are the best options if you're looking for fun with boys.

PopeFrancis, if budget is not a problem for you, I recommend you Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel, near Paulista Ave. One of the best hotels in town. Subway is three blocks away, and you can be in 20 minutes at Lagoa. Fragata is pretty close too, but I was pretty amused with Lagoa for fun moments. If you are on budget, try ibis budget Sao Paulo Paulista. It is in the same area, pretty decent. Rooms are very small, but the price is just a fraction of Renaissance. Both hotels can give you some trouble bringing guys. I recommend you to book for a two person room, and then check-in your guest. Or ask for two keys and give one to the guy so he can go directly to your room. Both hotels have elevators that requires keys to work. OF COURSE, exercise common sense about who are you going to bring to your room. When are you going be @ Sao Paulo?

tomcal, absolute connoisseur of these matters... I join to axiom's questions: what's hotel policy regarding bringing guest to the room? Last time I were in Rio, my hotel was a nightmare for this delicate topic.

My last trip to Rio, the "standard" rate was R$100.00. For respect to the local patrons, I never accepted when a boy asked for more than that once they realized I was foreigner. This week I have to go to Sao Paulo and can update what's asked, specially in Lagoas, my favority place. If someone plan to start at SP this week / weekend, let me know!

My friends, if you plan to hire from sexyservidores, siempretuyo, or mileroticos, take in consideration there are a lot of fake profiles. My recommendations will be somehow pretty similar to those from more experienced participants in the forum. For what you're looking for, the saunas are the perfect option. I DO NOT recommend to hire garotos from the web pages such as RentBoy, NetGay or BP. Not only the options are pretty scarce, the prices are unreasonably high! Some of these guys want to rent themselves at rates similar to an escort in NYC, and you rely on pictures that typically don't reflect the person in his current state. So, go to the saunas! It is very important you spend at least 30 minutes looking the menu; after that, put you eye in two candidates, and they will approach to you when you make eye contact. Be completely clear about your expectations, be 200% clear about the amount you are going to pay. If he don't agree 100% with your fantasy, go to the next candidate. As someone else said, in one hour they do more money that someone else in a regular job all the day so, they must have reasons to do a professional work. Lagoas in Sao Paulo is an excellent place. Hello guys, This is my first post at this forum. Hope my previous experience could be of any help. Cuba is a paradise for meeting awesome men. I mean AWESOME. I have been traveling to Cuba in the last five years, about twice per year. I don't want to write a long post; just some advices: 1. If you want to meet a lot of Cuban men, DO NOT stay at a hotel. Use "casas particulares". You can find decent places for about 30 CUC (45 USD) very well located, and you can do anything you want. 2. Expect to pay about 20-40 CUC per man. Mulatos and black guys are cheaper. White and muscled, expensive. If size does matter for you, check it before close the deal. It is a myth that all the Cuban guys are well endowed. 3. If you want wild experiences, don't lock with a guy in particular. They are very territorial about their "yumas" (foreign customers) and you don't want a scene. 4. Having said that, you can go with confidence. It is one of the safest places in Latin America. Just use your common sense. You're not in a runway showing luxury jewelry, expensive clothes, etc. Don't temp them. 5. If you don't speak Spanish well, I highly recommend you hire a companion for the trip. Someone confident will be escorting you to the hot places, keep an eye in your belonging, helping with the restaurants, etc. It is one of your wisest investments. I still hire the same one since years ago, just to make everything easier. 6. I know a lot of people love the "local" places, the "paladares". Keep in mind some of these are really a scam. I have had very mixed experiences of these. If you want a decent (I said decent, not a 3-star Michelin experience) there are restaurants that, for about 20-30 CUC, you will have a different level of service. Yes, these are run by the government. 7. If you expect the typical shyness and service attitude found in other countries in Latin America, in Cuba, forget it. Most of the Cuban guys don't have a sense of prudence and they will ask for things without hesitation. In this sense, a local guide make all these things clear. 8. There are parties all the week long. Ask the guys where is the "fiesta" today. Anyway, if it happen you go to Cuba soon, let me know. It is in my short-term agenda!
