For those of you tired of the usual side dishes, and want something different, quick , easy and Healthy, how's about Sweet potato hash browns with Honey crisp apples and raisins? It's light, fresh, sweet and Great with many diff proteins. Depending on how many people you are serving: a few large Yams, peeled and cut into bite size pieces a few Pink Lady Honey crisp apples peeled and cut into bite sized pieces. 1/2 raisins 2 tablespoons oil, heated. I par cook the yam pieces in the microwave for about 3 minutes, then transfer them to the HOT oil in the pan with the raisins, Cook until they start becoming tender, then dump in the apples... Sautee all until they are cooked to a nice toasty color and a knife slides in easily. Be sure not to get them to a "mushy" state. The potatoes should remain firm. Be creative and serve with your favorite chicken , beef pork, or fish...

In retrospect I have learned that I have alot in common with Rocky. I also love custom flowers, When I feel the urge, I head to the local cemetary where I can pickup a selection of beautiful bouquets, I usually just have to add the vase, but I have alot of old coffee cans lying around the house. And my passion for water.... WHY wait for some costly delivery when there is so much abundant water to be had at a moments notice.... I just head to the nearest hydrant... Oz, while I enjoyed your review of your 5-Star-less experience, you forgot to mention the best part.....picking up a paper crown on your way out. They are usually scattered around for childrens enjoyment, but THIS queen snatches one of those motherfuckers every time she dines there. It really makes me feel like Royalty. Travel with Grandma... In the generous spirit of sharing, Grandma dined at the fabulous 5 Star T.G.I.Fridays, where the special BIG RIBS @ $12.99 with 2 sides was served... The ribs were the highest quality Pork, tender and fell off the bone, bathed in their special Bar-B-Q sauce. They were served by a hunky waiter in a tight TGI Fridays shirt, who Grandma wasted no time flirting with and offering him a blowjob along with his Tip.... There was so much MEAT, Grandma had no room for dessert. I always request the table nearest the Men's room. The smell of those urinal cakes warfting every time the door opens is such a turn-on...
