For me, Newsome is a "social media" figure, very much like an "influencer, more interested in viral moments than legislation. I like him, but I am really not a fan of his online footprint, which seems to get all the press.....And he also impresses me as a "liberal elite", the type that the right hates...... So who knows.....there are other great candidates, but that would mean picking someone with political substance, over Newsome who is basically a social media figure to me. (however, I do LIKE the way he trolls Trump).... anything that can give Trump a heart attack, I SUPPORT . And Dems need to get out of their OWN way, but I am not sure they CAN, so I am reserving my optimism. The Dems need to curb the Trump Derangement, and get on with working class Americans business. The affordability issues seem to be getting LOST in the shuffle ?.

That day cant come fast enough...... But as far as your "fantasy" of compromise from the right...... take an Ambien and sleep it off.....aint EVER happening.
