This always circles back to WHY people hire. The politically correct thing is to say we should treat people as people, but when you play in the "escort" pool, things are a bit different. So stripping away all the cultural and socio-economical stuff, whether you choose the use the word whore, prostitute, etc, it is what it is; one person paying the other to use/abuse his body for a period of time, and it really doesnt require a whole bunch of overthinking or analysis.
