Based on Trumps 2 Presidencies, dont you think this is a Law that REQUIRES revision or change ? There is no reason in the World that I can think of that should PREVENT a President that breaks the Law to be convicted and jailed, while "sitting"...... Wouldnt that be one of things things that having a "vice president" compensates for ? Having this absolute immunity and protection from legal action is the main thing that has emboldened Trump in his 2.0 mission. Knowing that he CANT be removed has surely affected his ARROGANCE, and an ANGRY and ARROGANT President is a very bad thing to have.
