So now, after a weekend of Trump admin LIES, and several POV videos that debunk their false narrative that victim Alex Pretti "attacked" ICE, they are walking that back BUT now coming up with EXCUSE #2 to justify the killing. NOW they say he was killed because "he brought a gun to a protest" which meant in their minds he had intent to arm ICE, with NO proof that is true. Pretti was a legal, licensed gun owner, something the Republicans have consistently FOUGHT for, and Minn is an open carry state. So Pretti, having a gun at a protest, which was secured in his holster IS NOT A CRIME, or worthy of DEATH ! Lets remind these asswipes that KYLE RITTENHOUSE, the young crybaby that bought an assault rifle to a protest, and DID KILL protesters was defended for HIS actions and later acquitted. Why wasnt his possession of a weapon at a protest labeled CRIMINAL and worthy of death.... And then, lets remind the asswipes that EVERY Jan 6th insurrectionist brought a weapon, many gun toters, to a protest, and used those weapons to overturn an election and harm law enforcement.... and yet Trump and his Liars posse labeled them "patriotic Americans" and worthy of his pardon and no accountability. What's perfectly clear is that the situation "is whatever Trump says it is"..... whether its a LIE, unlawful or slanderous. The Dems hollering about "defunding ICE" will not fix this situation.... While I totally agree with you about the Dems shortcomings and failure of effective and proper messaging, in all fairness I do believe AT THIS TIME noone wants, or agrees with ICE actions other than MAGAs. MAGA is cheering, especially when ICE assassinates "a radical left wing lunatic domestic terrorist" which is now the LABEL for every person that opposes Trump and ICE...... While ICE has always been an important and effective agency in immigration control, it has currently lost its way , at the directive of Trump and Miller who urge them to be as violent as possible, and promise them NO ACCOUNTABILITY...... In no world other than a "corrupt" one would an agency meant to be controlled and protective be allowed to go MASKED and unmarked, and to terrorize its countries citizens..... AND KILL THEM......
