Answers to your questions are slowly coming to light. In fact, Trump answered #2, when in his opening comments last nite at his presser, he made it "about the ballroom" which he is continuing to harp on today. It may be silly and trivial to make this traumatic event about a ballroom, but Trump is a petty and trivial person with a demented sense of Priority. As for point #1, the event may not have changed or proved anything, but it gave Trump the opening he needed to push his ballroom agenda, again trivial and petty. And remember HE (Trump) alone was the first to post the pics of the alleged assassin..... Too perfect. And, as Todd Blanche said today, " EVERYONE was safe and not in any danger." OF COURSE they were safe and not in danger.....it was FAKE and ALL the principles seem to have KNOWN it. Then today, instead of talking about the dangers of GUNS and gun violence as a NORMAL President would, Trump is pushing his ballroom agenda and claims political assassination attempts are normal occurences around the World..... To the contrary, regarding the ballroom, Arc, and every building bearing Trumps name, IMO it MUST all be torn down in grand fashion when Trump is finally gone, naturally or otherwise. This all smells of Trump bullshit, because it is bullshit, and people bending themselves into pretzels to make excuses and give Trump grace are SHAMEFUL.....
