Brasil New Year trip dilemmas 2014, working on plan B
Gotti replied to a topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
Hi Pauleiro, Thanks for your reply, I can tell you are a voyeur at heart, but there is a diference about out objects of desire, I fancy late teens, very early twenties bois, guys that have wives and policemen don't catch my fancy. I would certainly would admire their physiques if they are attractive, but I would not go out of my way to go to a nude beach to see them. I've been to a couple of beaches in Europe (but not the one that you've mention, although I've heard about it) and the problem was: Where are the twinks?, there was hardly any! What made me think about Galheta, is that Santa Catarina/ Floripa is one of the biggest concentration of surfers in the world, and being young and lean is almost a pre-requisite, plus the beautiful specimen of the region that I've seen elsewhere. Im surprised Galheta is rather empty with só many bois in the region. Where these horny bastarda go see nude girls or at least expose themselves to facilitate a later hook-up? That said, you have made some observations that only a true voyeur could make: 1- Guys having showers completely naked in front of everybody. Is there anything more erotic? I would probably would be wearing a shirt written:"I WILL HANDLE THE SOAP" 2- Guys practcing collective sports totally naked. The combination of male-bonding, stamina and testosterone floating around makes it one of the greatest spetacles anyone can e ver attend! 3-Your words "the players were playing naked of couse with their cocks following their movements". What a killer observation, extremelly well put in words! Yes, we voyeurs worship soft-cocks. Not that we don't admire a hard-on as much as the next guy, but a soft cock following the movement of the body hás a ludic nature absolutelly overwhelming! As they use to say (probably in reference to something else, but applyable here) " Poetry in Motion" I will be borrowing your worlds when in the future I will havê to defend the relevance of a soft cock. Thanks for sharing your perception. Well, going back to out main subject, it appears that nude beaches are not among twinks priorities, as far as we know. Maybe Austrália? -
Brasil New Year trip dilemmas 2014, working on plan B

Hi Pauleiro, finally somebody touched on a subject that I'm extremelly curious about: Galheta beach! Is that true that you get to see some very attractive boys (mostly straights) walking around naked? I know that this is supposed to happen on nude beaches, but my expierence elsewhere the guys in most cases were neither attractive or young, so I kind of gave up on nude beaches. Being Santa Catarina a Brazilian center of hotties, I wonder if they can be sampled au naturel (in a voyeur perspective, just the nudity). If is the caseI will book a trip as soon as possible. Yes, I would travel just to see hot boys walking around naked. The Gaiety syndrome!. Another question, since you are one of the few that havê been there: How do you rate Santa Catarina boys compared with boys from other places in Brazil? I'm into the 19-23 crowd, or slightly older. Thanks for your reply! -

There are actually 2 rent-boys saunas in Florianópolis, G3 (formerly Thermas Hangar) and Oceano. I havê never been in Florianópolis and unfortunatelly nobody hás ever wrote a post on them, só I cannot comment, but I heard in Brasil that although the facilities are below Rio/ São Paulo standards there are some cute boys. In my opinion Santa Catarina (where Florianópolis is located) hás the better looking guys in Brasil, yes, better than Curitiba and Porto Alegre. There is also a clothing optional beach called Galheta, if some of the guys that I've met go there on occasion and let it all hang out, must be heaven on earth, even if you can't havê them it would make an unforgettable experience for anyone like me that gets aroused with good looking guys walking naked (yes, I was a NYC Gayety regular). Hopefully someone from this forum will one day venture there and let US know all about it. I suspect we might be missing something wonderful. I've been to some cities in Brazl northeast, beautiful places, but if men is the main concern I would make sure that they exactly correspond what I'm looking for, since the region is very ethnic specific, you won't find the same diversity as you would do in Rio/ São Paulo. Brasil NYEve is one of the more expensive places on earth, if possibe I would go one week later and would have twice more fun for the same money. -
I totally agree with Dusty Springfield renditiom of "The Look Of Love" as being onde of the best vocal performances ever, and without a doubt, the sultriest. There is a movie in development about her life for a while, hopefully they will make it, for a time Nicole Kidman was supposed to play the part , the fact that Dusty was bissexual was probaby the main attractuon for the Hollywood producers, crazy as they are for titilation

Quality Hotel is a must!
-
Thanks for the masterful report. One of the guys looks like Bieber with a Lautner torso, and barely legal on top of that. Whats not to like? Porto Alegre seems the perfect place for your outstanding curatorial work. Go USA!
-
Tomcal, I,m heartbroken, just to remind you thatas much as illness advance, so does science, and seeing you in a sauna in Rio or Porto Alegre is not out of the picture. Faith!
-
One more observation about this little devil: On the first photo he looks like a sassy boy-next-door, on the second he looks like a commander,in total control, probably helped by the angle of the image, with the camera positioned where se all wanna be (ain't that right?) Love those complex characters! His name also suits him well, very arousing! My kind of guy! My kind of town!
-
Tomcal, thanks for the info, if I ever make to Porto Alegre I will have my eyes open. (And my ears too)!
-
Adorable specimen! The brunette next to him on the previous post (aka Mickey Mouse) simply monumental! One of your best picture posta ever! God bless Porto Alegre. When is the next train? More Mickey! What's the name of this doll?

Sauna Boys Alert! By the time you read this, Calvin Klein, an old 117 fixture will be on his way to Rio. in the past, besides patronizing the saunas, Mr. Klein had the habit of staying on the sidewalk across Copacabana Palace hotel where he was a guest, boywatching and inviting the cutes white ones to his room for photos and then providing cash and blow jobs. Some 117 boys (caught at the notorious beach) provided the milk, one, naturally blond, is still there. Looking forward to hear all the stories.

Thanks Tomcal for replying to my post. I've been away from this forum as long as you have been, you are the one who inspired me to return, the level of the interations certainly goes through the roof. Your Porto Alegre chronicles have been breathtaking! You are topping yourself !The photo of the third guy is certainly the best you ever took. You are certainly an accomplished photographer, I don't know anything about photography technique, but I do know that having an eye to sense the moment that reveals an inner self is part of it. You don't have to tell us that the guy is one of the greatest things you (or anyone) ever had. Is all there, the expression, the body language, yes is possible to sense a body language in a still (masterful shot) picture. I've already copied and I've been looking at it non-stop, figuring the devastation, the fireworks. Congratulations, guess you are moving to Porto Alegre soon. Enjoy!

TomCal, Great to have you black. The Spirit of Brazilian sauna scene leaves on you, you are above all the scene reconteur. In your recent adventures you mentioned a blonde guy that you met trough OZ and end up going up with him and another boy at 117 the first time you were at the club on your current trek, and met both of them again the following afternoon. You also mentioned somebody named Marco. Is he the blonde guy in 117 threesome and also at your apartment? Is Marco Aurelio his entire first name? This guy fits the description of someone that I know, friends of OZ, blonde, called Marco Aurelio (he might only use Marco nowadays) and if I'm not mistaken lives in the Meir neighborhood, where I once spend the night. I've lost contact with this guy and woul be over the moon if I had a chance to see him again. Well worth a long trip to Rio. Please help me and if you have a picture, (not his forte) , it would be swell, Now enjoy Portp Alegre to the max and tell us like it is.

Brazilian Riots: They all Laughed!
Gotti replied to Gotti's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
Thanks Tampa Yankee, for your accute observations. What happened in Tiannamen Square 20 years ago vastly transcended the square itself, with a huge meaning for the entire China. What´s happening in Istabul right now, vastly transcend the square (whatever is called), without meaning the entire Istambul is in flames. Unfortunately whats happening in Brazil is a lot bigger than several squares, talking about 80 cities, million people in the streets. Yes, lots of peaceful demonstration, but also violence, (the videos speaks for themselves) and even looting (from appliances to newstands!) On my 2 posts I was not really predicting the riots, nobody could, it never happened before, I was just calling attention to the rapid deteriorating Brazilian economic condition. I was also trying to deal with the subject with caution, mentioning that it was unlikely to Brazil to become the next Greece. On the other post I even suggested people to rush to Rio, I would never do that to put people on the harms way. Is true, Rio is not a city in flames, if you are in Ipanema or even Copacabana it probably it won´t affect you, but if you wanna go to Meio Mundo (which a lot of the people in this forum do), is not outlandish suggest that you might get some tear gas. Yes, I did suggest the currency would be falling. My idea is make the members to get the most for their dollars, and the time right now seems pretty good. Unfortunatelly I´m not able to predict how long it will last. -
Today while Brazil was experiencing the biggest revolt in it's history (more than a million people protesting/rioting in several cities), the national congress was reunited, certainly debating the many issues that led to such situation, anyone would think. Well, not exactly. While people were trying to storm the building and there was even some fire in some areas (put down by the authorities) the congressman were inside discussing a proposal for a gay cure! And get this: They bother to vote on it. In a day like this! And believe it or not, it was approved! I don't know many details about this now approved gay cure cause the media was dedicating all it's coverage to the riots, but one thing I know: Brazil is in need of a lot more help than we thought it would.

Last week in an unrelated topic I suggested that the economic situation in Brazil was worrisome. It took just 2 days for the country explode with violence. The feel-good and biased reaction on the forum was, as expected, total derision. Well, today, a week later, the country saw the biggest riot in all it's history, vastly documented in all news sites. I also mentioned that Brazilian currency was free-falling. More derision! Today it reached the lowest in 5 years. How long the favorable currency will last? Nobody really knows. Neither if is gonna go even lower. If you dont mind some eventual tear-gas, book your flight. There is a sauna-boy waiting for you.
-
I haven't heard from the forum many "brazilianists" any mention on Brazil's notoriously deteriorating economic condition. Despite I briefly mentoned on a 117 thread last week nobody touched it, and any mention of the staggering cost of living was promptly presented with "incredible" and dirty cheap alternatives. Well, today the whole thing exploded with bombs, blood and bullets, just check the New York Times (as of now on the first page) and possibly other news sites. The Real is on free-fall and while still very expensive is becoming very favorable for foreigners, and if keeps going on the same path, the country might become affordable in a foreseeable future. Is not hard to imagine what most members are thinking: Is Brazil the next Greece? (Probably not). Will the quality of the sauna-boys go back to what once was? We will keep you posted.

rio june 13, about last night...
Gotti replied to tealady's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
I will think about Monik later. Right now I'm way more interested if Tealady would kindly supply the name of the twink that gave him a good time. It would also be nice if the members that are in Rio now or soon report on the attendance of the saunas on different days so mbers arriving ion town don't spent their R$ 45 on deserted places. Rio sauna business are at crossroads at the moment, lets who makes the smart move. -

Would you mind sharing his name? I'm in Rio and probably woul do at least one more 117. Thanks for the info they were empty, they are certainly in the wrong path. No question Monik fucked up big with all steep raises. -
I do not regret my remark. Brazilian political figures have no meaning in the world and most of them (with very few exceptions) in Brazil itself. Can you name a Brazilian politician that influenced somehow the world order? Why incentivate a tourist with his hard earned dollars to eat an inflated piece of steak just because somebody meaningless ate there 70 years ago? Want culture? Go see Tarsila do Amaral or Di Cavalcanti paintings at MASP in São Paulo. In day by day life and you talking Brazil, if not Pele or Carmen Miranda you should not bother. Well Sergio Mendes, having a beer at the bar he used to play...maybe...
-
You should not fuck anyone that takes less than R$ 80. If you do the question becomes how much you are worth.
-
Oh, I forgot to mention that 202 best night is Friday followed by Saturday but nowhere close to Tuesdayat 117 or Mondayat M M.

Tealady please report to us regarding attendance both at 202 and MM, so we have a full picture of the current state of business in Rio. Regarding the boys charges are there more differences among locals than foreigners per se. They charge by age, body type (fat x thin), fitness, attractiveness, race etc. A reasonably attractive fit foreigner probably will pay less than an old fat Brazilian because it will be more pleasurable, but even so it depends on the boy.
