A fond farewell to The Spotlight in Hollywood.

Thanks Lucky=I actually already posted in another IBB about this-an IBB that is focused on general news and world events.Since this is a IBB about male escort and hustlers and other fun stuff I find my post to be relevent to this IBB. And yes- I will continue to post ("drop") this sort of news item here.I thank you for your encouragement. Speaking of encouragement,,,, I believe the Politics forum here could use some fresh posts as many are being misposted in the Hooboy Pub-which is not the correct forum. I urge posters and moderators to both post in the correct forums and to move incorrectly posted items to the appropriate forums-It might help new members coming to an IBB called MaleEscortReview.com understand what this place is about. Thanks again -
And finally you can earn miles with your Amazon purchases! Only two airlines right now-but there may be more added soon. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/16753939-post1.html

Last year Hyatt wanted to attract a LOT of people to its hotels and frequent guest program. This was in anticipation of Hyatt going public(The Pritzkers want to spin it off)and also to bulk up their mailing list for the Chase credit card they issued late in 2010. The bonuses and promos were VERY generous-ridicoulously so in some cases. If I would have jumped on the Hyatt bandawgon sooner I could have gotten much more in bonus point. So yes-it took me sixteen stays averageing $100 each via a challenge to make Diamond. And each of those stays had a very generous amount of bonus points and even some free nights. My points from last year went towards five nights at The Park Hyatt. The rates during my stay were around $700 a night. I also got a lovely free breakfast for two every morning(which runs 45 EU per person )and since it was a points stay-no taxes! This year sadly-Hyatt is being ultra stingy with their bonuses. But I have enough points already for 4 nights at the new Hyatt at 48th and Lexington in October

Jeez Lucky= and you are wondering why there is a decline in postings on this board? I really don't give a rats ass about sports or about many other things you and others post here. There is room here for everybody.

Thanks for the heads up Charlie. I stumbled upon this book by pure accident when I bought a book Justin Spring did about the male nudes of Paul Cadmus. Those book recomendations on Amazon/ABEbooks.com really do work

Happy to be able to choose between three hotel loyalty programs in which I have points for times when NYC or other locales are beyond my budget. Really makes whatever savings Priceline/Hotels.com etc,,, provides look very meager IMO last year I spent around $1,600 with Hyatt to acheive Diamond status and earn enough points for 5 nights in Paris(a $4,000 value) October in NYC will also be on points since rooms are running over $300 a night for dumps.I will be staying at a the brand new Hyatt 48th an Lex! Oh did I mention as a Diamond I get free breakfast?

How Oscar Wilde painted over “Dorian Gray.”

You rang? I highly reccomend Nicholas Frankels' recently released book The Picture of Dorian Gray: An Annotated, Uncensored Edition. http://www.abebooks.com/products/isbn/9780674057920 Not only is it a fascinating look at what Wilde and his publishers edited out of the book it is also a very good commentary on the life and times of Oscar Wilde. i am very fortunate to work for someone who collects Wilde and Wildeania And we have just about every important edition of Dorian Gray available-including the very first publiction of the Dorian Gray story in Lippencotts' magazine. If any of you are interested in Wilde I would be thrilled to share some recources. One I will share now is the Oscar Wilde Society of which I am a member. http://www.oscarwildesociety.co.uk/ -
So it was a huge, super crowded, poorly planned street fair. Yawn at one point there was a huge mob awaiting Darren Criss. The thrill I got from grobing lots of handsome fellas could not overcome my sense of claustrophobia. And I was keeping one hand on my wallet

just bought the companion book to this. It contains items that were in Stewards collection of erotica and also many of his personal Polaroids. It was VERY expensive($150)but I think it will be rare and will be worth quite a bit in a few years when I sell my collection of erotica http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0615382991/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_2?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=0374281343&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=02J2K2GFVYQAFAR87P06

What does one thing have to do with the other? The journey from seldom to never is a short one-and one that might be expidited by the sort of change in focus being considered. My posting habits have NOTHING to do with my browsing habits BTW. And I have a hunch many if not most of the majority of the non posting readers of this site would agree with me regarding keeping the focus of this site on topics that are not being discussed on more general IBBs. I have no problem having a politics/religion forum on this site. This gives those who wish to discuss such matters a place to do so.It also allows those of us with no interest in these things an easy way to ignore these posts. NOTHING is taken away from this board as it stands now.Changing this board will not improve it IMO.

There are seven tomato plants in our garden. It is mid August. Can I tell you how much it pained me to have to visit a farmers market yesterday to buy two ripe tomatoes? Those 2 tomatoes ended up costing $30 by the time I left the Hollywood Farmers Market!

There are a lot of IBB's/sites on which posters can comment on Politics and or religious issues. There are few that are moderated enough so as to remove post that are inflamatory/derogatory.It is a full time job-and a moderator is rarely a popular person. Again-I do not visit this site for anyones politcal opinions.I really do not give a rats ass about most peoples "debates"on such issues-and certainly not those of many of the posters on this IBB.That is not to say I dislike these folks-It is just that I truley do not care. I do care about coming here to read about hot guys doing fun/naughty things with or with out paid sponsorship. The occasional fun post is most welcome as well. That is all I look for from my visits to a site called Maleescortreview. I rarely visit "The Other site"anymore since it has become a place for old aunties to hand out knitting advice while reminiscing of strip clubs that have been closed for a decade.YAWN! Know I will be the first to acknowladge that not all of my posts are the most groundbreaking. But I do try to keep my post in the spirit of the site. Not all of my posts will appeal to everyone and that is fine also. I will be one of those that visits less often should I find a general forum populated by posts I have no interest in.This is not a threat(mos of you could care less)but just a reflection of other IBBs I visit that have decreased in popularity because of such actions. IBB's are pretty much a dimishing return with the presence of other forms of social media. I think it much wiser to specialize in a particular feild of interest rather than trying to beall things to all people.

I have been looking at tablets-and I have also been looking at MBA's and other netbooks. So far none of them have hit all the checkboxes I require them to hit before I make an investment. The Ipad has two main drawbacks IMO-the first of which is having to deal with the Cult of Jobs and the second of which is having to pay for and use an adapter for HDMI out-this is a major point for me and I find it outrageous that it is not included in the current products.

You are welcome to ignore my posts if you feel they are not worthy of your time.

What a bizarre first post Welcome I guess
