The one I've heard about has the client sending a foreign money order for a couple of thousand more than the fee, upfront. The escort is supposed to cash it and send the client back the difference. The problem is the money order is fake, and by the time your bank verifies this, he has you money that you have sent, and you are stuck.

If fee's are going to be charged for access to the site, I would have liked to see some sort of charge to the escorts who list themselves here. Not that I believe they should pay and the clients shouldn't, but it might help clean out some of the inactive escort profiles.
