Do yourself a favor and if you like to travel, make Kracow, Poland next on your list. The most beautiful European city I have ever seen and I've seen all of them except maybe Dubrovnik. The town square makes Prague pale in comparison. The prices for food and travel and convenience stores etc etc etc are close to 1/2 of those other cities. I have not been able to meet any boys because of my travel arrangements but a lot of cuties on Gayromeo and Hornet who have replied to me and the price structure appears to be $60- 80. I will be back for sure to experience that part. I have included a few photos and hope they don't bore you without boys?? This is now my favorite city irrespective of boys if I find boys to be good and available ,which based on their replies to me I expect , it will move to the top of my list

Well I agree with everything. I only took issue with "there is no place like it in the world". That is not true. Some will like Brazil better, some Thailand and some equally both. But anyone who thinks that Brazil is the only Heaven for the thing we like are missing another opportunity in Thailand. And as far as my preferred type of twinks ,it is not even close. For every 1 twink in Rio there are 10 or more in Bangkok or Pattaya.

Just not true!!! But again it depends what you like. Way more choice in Thailand and Hotels, restaurants etc way less money. Many of us don't like Saunas. I prefer to see the boys on stage and go on a street where there are 15- 20 GoGo Bars where the boys are on display. None of this 20-30 minute stuff in a Cabin the size of a jail cell but a relaxing couple of hours for the same price in my Hotel Room that costs a fraction of the same Hotel in Brazil where your favorite boys are not welcome. Just my opinion.

Bottom line. Keep your opinion of the photos to yourself if not positive. I have seen hundred of photos posted in various Forums that make me wonder why I would go to that place but I would never insult the poster who decided to share with a bunch of strangers. He found them attractive and that is all that counts!!

In Madrid one night on the way to Poland and then will return to Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon and Ireland. Traveling with straight friends from High School so not easy to fit in some cute escorts . In Bogota I stayed in Hilton no problem with visitors. Medellin I stayed in Colombia Hotel (don't remember name) again no problem at all. Saftey I can only tell you I saw 6 boys from Gayromeo not all in the escort section and I had no problems. As always put your valuables away and be aware as you need to be in Brazil Thailand Prague or anywhere. No idea about short term Hotels because I don't generally like.

Last trip to Bogota I don't think Hornet existed. I just looked in Bogota 18-24 and all I can say is WOW . I sent out some Hello's just to see what response you get . Take a look and you'll probably be looking for tickets!!

Glad someone else is trying Colombia . Gayromeo was great for as always. Both the regular and escort session. Boys were happy with $50 US in pesos although naturally they will ask for more. Lowest chance of rain mid November to end of March. Some showers maybe but nothing serious. Always Hot but depend where you go Bangkok or Pattaya. Boys are always there!!!

Glad to hear XBoys had some stunners. That was my Bar of choice for the 2 years I lived in BKK. They had kind of fallen down but my last visit they did have some really cute Boys. All nude show sounds great, I'll make sure I get a Front Row seat. Now I'm usually burnt out by the time I get to BKK at the end of my trips, so just look. The one thing you need to know, although Health Care is inexpensive compared to say the USA it is increasing and as you get older it will become impossible to get health insurance. Thus you have to self insure since Medicare does not travel. Cost of living varies greatly depending on where you want to in Thailand. Anyone who doesn't make numerous trips here first would be making a mistake. And you have to budget on what you need as a resident rather then a tourist and see if that allows you to be Happy. Even then do not make a permanent move until you have spent at least 6 months here and if you are leaving family members then factor in airfares etc to go back and visit. Too many people look at is they visit for a short time and say wow would'n this be great without realizing that they do not have the money to live like a tourist 52 weeks a year. Plan Plan Plan

Yes the plane trip is long, but I don't know anybody who made the trip who could not wait to go back.

Let me chime in here. It has been awhile since I have been to Brazil but Thailand I have spent many months in over the last 10 years. For me the two places are completely different. Boys in Brazil are definitely bigger and more muscular . Amazing how many of them go home to wife and children. This is rare in Thailand. Brazil operates primarily with Saunas which I do not favor , probably why I spend most of my time in Thailand. No Comparison in expenses. Great Hotels available all over Thailand for 60% less or more then Brazil. Far better choice of international restaurants in Bangkok at a fraction of the cost of Brazil. Only thing comparable would be boys prices not so different. If you like 3 ways and orgies then Brazil is the place for you , much harder to make happen in Thailand. Brazil easier for a 1 week trip because of time in airplanes but fares not that much different if you have the ability to stay longer in Thailand. Unlike Brazil, it will be rare if you are questioned bringing a boy to your room in Bangkok or anywhere in Thailand. If you use internet boys much easier to find in Thailand. Thailand full of Bars with boys of all types and for the price of a drink you can take your time choosing for the evening. Planetime you paid way to much for Viagra . The Indian Generic or Thai Generic is identical for 400 baht (at the most) for 4 pills. Just like USA pharmacies will always give you generics if available , once the original loses its protection.

It really helps what types of boys you like. If you like muscular boys like Brazil then certainly Bangkok is a better choice although you can find them in Pattaya. If you are happy with Twinkish Gay Boys then Pattaya will be heaven for you. Everything in Pattaya is less expensive then Bangkok. Drinks, Hotels, Off Fees , payments to boys etc etc etc all cheaper sometimes quite a bit cheaper. If you want beaches then of course Phuket can be beautiful but expensive and the choice in boys much smaller. Chiang Mai is a beautiful city with lots to do other then boys. The scene there is better for residents, who have time to mine the Universities for cute boys. The Bars are not that great IMHO. Tartawan is a great choice in Bangkok but I have never had a problem in any hotel bringing a boy back and that includes all the Hilton and Marriott properties. In Pattaya finding a Hotel that cares who you bring in would be like looking for a needle in a haystack and that includes all price ranges.

I can't imagine a more useless site for Thailand then Daddysreviews.. What little you might find is so out of date as to be totally worthless. If you go to www.gaythailand.com, you will find current information and lots of members willing to answer your questions and make suggestions!

Does not get cheaper then this!! Just saw airfares roundtrip on Delta from San Diego to Bangkok to San Diego... in the $878 full price including all taxes. Depart many dates from now ...ticket good for 6 months... V fare ...economy coach. The new Delta website allows you to select "flexible dates" and will also show you 5 weeks before & after airfares ...scroll the 5 weeks before & after prices....month to month...shows you the lowest fares possible. I love the new way Delta allows you to select lowest fares... The new Delta Award Calendar system to be introduced in the new year also will have much easier ways to get lowest possible miles needed for your flights... Long Overdue...But welcomed !!!

Korean Air has some $840 fares and their seats look to be considerably more comfortable then many airlines flying to Asia

I get that but any first time visitors to Bangkok are not likely to have tons of miles etc. That being the case AA is useless to them because they don't fly to Bangkok. Lowest fare for them same time period $1154. Even worse they have to partner with Japan Air so if you are bigger then the average Japanese person. UA has to partner wit ANA from Tokyo but that fare is tough to beat especially if you have any status with UA or Star Alliance and can get Economy Plus seating at least LAX to Tokyo.

But you are flying American to Hong Kong I think and then pay for another ticket to BKK.???

UA is currently offering airfares for next March at $790 RT on certain dates. This is as low as I have seen it for quite sometime. Hell sometimes it costs that much to fly across the USA.
