A guy convicted of child porn offences, pretty nasty, was convicted on 10 counts, so Judge gave him 20 years on each count,to run consecutively. I believe that prisons there are largely privately run, for profit. I read an article this week about a district in Texas, where they were saying they must do something about the number of murders of inmates in prison!
