I am in similar situation like you. I met a Colombian guy through Chaturbate what started as regular private shows keeping my identity anonymous grow to love affair with deep feelings I finally met him last December for a month and it was very interesting experience,we had a great time. he's in early 20s poor boy from small town and didn't like his work as a model in Chaturbate and in order to allow him quit doing it and start studying completion of a matriculation certificate and English course I am giving him monthly allowance, luckily Colombia is very low living costs country so I can afford his current lifestyle however it's not a negligible amount ,he is a modest guy live a very simple life and very happy with the current situation and that makes me happy too, He wants more serious relationship and to come living with me but it's not so simple as he thinks ( getting long term visa, culture difference) he's a bit childish and naive and can't understand the complications of moving to another country. I am not sure at the moment what direction our relationship will goes and it's not a simple situation for me.

Personally I am not alcohol consumer at go go bars I usually order Soda with lemon or orange juice but I can see the sense of buying whisky and mixers if you coming as a group to the bar of 2/3 people or more and want to spend couple of hours there .

It happened to me with Banana Lotti desert and Thai traditional omelette I used to eat it before but not more it's freid with too much oil or melted margarine .

Depressing it's an average of 1.5 client per bar if business won't improve soon Jomtien Complex fate end up as Sunnee deserted and darkness. The high airfares isn't the only factor there are more: High inflation and rising living costs all over the world caused many to avoid traveling abroad. The shrinking gay cliente coming to Thailand over the years. BKK bars attract South East Assians tourists and locals but Jomtien Complex and Sunnee don't it's mainly for Falangs . Too many bars in Jomtien Complex for relatively small area and limited cliente there is no enough business to justify so many bars .

I am planning a trip in a couple of months and looked at hotel prices, prices are much more higher than my last visit in November-December last year in some cases almost doubled. Is it true or only or am I wrong?

I think the problem is with the shrinking of the gay tourists arriving to Thailand the old generation is fading away and the younger generation isn't coming in big numbers and if they do their behaviour is different than ours so the bars are trying to extract as more money as they can from the shrinking clientele entering their bars.

I feel the same all the fun was in Soi Twilight , but the same can be said about Pattaya: Sunnee is almost a ghost town, Boyz Town is a pale shadow to its glory days and Jomtien Complex never appealed to me.

You are not paying for drink it's for entrance and the show, if you want cheap beer you can buy it at 7/11.

TripAdvisor pretending to be reliable tourists informative site but actually is not every time I checked reviews of specific hotels I immediately received commercial mails of promotion deals for the same hotels I was interested in their website.

I like Kiss it's unpretentious restaurant with large selection of dishes for every taste in very reasonable rates. The metal tables restaurant on second road near Boyz Town is more suitable to the local taste then to falangs I like theirs sea food and Freid rice dishes. I agree Abomb is underrated they have the most handsome guys in Pattaya although I read many negative reviews of forum members in this bar , Can't comment on that because never offed a guy from there.

TripAdvisor and Google Maps reviews can't be trust at all , Booking.com and Agoda are more reliable because it includes only reviews of guests actually stayed at the hotels and book through their platform. Regarding reviews of working guys I agree that it so subjective preference and personal experience that I doubt it can be useful for others .

Colombia is much cheaper for sex than Thailand, however the hotels are more expensive and most of them do not allow bringing guests to the room (unless you check in with a local guy initially) . there are short time 'love motels' and Airbnb options which you can bring guests or massage parlors. In terms of safety Thailand is much safer country.

It depends on the weather if no Monsoons there it will be one day if the storms strike probably 3 days.

Haven A Design hotel, lovely hotel with heated roof pool and good breakfast served in the roof terrace, completely safe area plenty of bars and restaurants in a walking distance. No problem checking in your Colombian friend as a regular guest for the whole stay that's what I did couple months ago too.

Marina hotel is a rundown place it's a shadow of its glory days when Sunee Plaza was in its prime, Why don't you stay at Boyz Town it's less than 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by motorbike taxi .

I am the same, although I can understand the hotel policy to deposit the ID for their guests safety I feel embarrassed for my companion threatening him like a potential criminal, also I had horrible stories of reception staff demanded money from the boy in order to give them back their ID . When I stayed at Silom I preferred hotels which can bypass the reception easley straight to the room.
