Whilst Hanks story above seems admirable and plausible... in my experience it is more likely that the boys have a "Quota" of boy drinks that they must get for the month. If they don't make their quota then they have their salary severely cut. In Ireland I start to sleep between 00.00-01.00 and sleep 7-8 hours In Pattaya I start to sleep between 06.00-07.00 and sleep 8-9 hours... don't think I have ever been up before 15.00.... As I live in Ireland, there is a 6-7 hour time difference to Thailand In Ireland I normally sleep between midnight and 1am In Thailand I normally sleep between 6am and 7am...sleep all day and party all night! NAB in Pattaya certainly takes Credit Card payments... have had to use it quite a few times there when the bill was larger than expected... I also used my CC to pay a bill in Sinlapin Issan in Pattaya in September

In BKK with its early closing hours it is easy enough to keep costs in check. Also, unlike the BKK gogo bars, BKK clubs tend to be a lot cheaper than those in Pattaya But in Pattaya with its late closing a night out often ends at 9 am the next morning!
