Worth to mention that there is (or used to?) a free shuttle bus connecting dmk and bkk airport, if you have a boarding pass to make the connection. Ive used it before when im travelling to dmk from pattaya using the jomtien bus to bkk and taking the shuttle from bkk to dmk to catch my flight to vientiene.

Ive a case where ive had great time with a particular masseur and become his regular while from time to time ive seen bad review about him being mechanical, not friendly etc. and ive also had bad experiences with some masseurs that people kept giving good reviews. On the other hand, i am for sharing objectives stats about a masseur, such as physical traits, actual looks vs photo, what he will do and wont do, role, orientation, and especially rates.

Again, i believe this is due to cultural difference. Western culture respects privacy and such reviews with masseur's picture and name, good and bad, is frowned upon in this forum. I used to contact one of my regular before my trip, only to arrange a meet on my first night, since i arrived at night already and might not make it to the bar to find suitable candidate. Last trip, i chose not to contact anyone, thinking i would make it to the bar. Turns out, my flight got a bit delayed and im too lazy to go out since im only settled down around 1.30am ish. Even when they didnt want to use meter, if they ask between 500-600, i usually agree, with 600 only for certain cases like after midnight or bigger taxi. In the end, that will be what im paying anyway, 300+ meter rate with 80-100 toll, and 100 tip. I used to insist on meter only before, but nowadays, i figure itll be similar outcome anyway, so why add more stress.

If you are a frequent visitors or expat/retiree in bangkok, u can always develop sort of relationship with a knowns skill masseurs and things might go well in the direction you hope for, skills masseurs who will also provide sex. Might takes a while but if you want to try this, thailand is the place as most masseurs are willing to at least do HJ for extra money. It might take few more effort on you side though, getting their line/phone number, arrange meeting outside his working hour or during his off day etc. But once reach that stage, its all worth it.

Ive had taken a boy off his bar and gives him tip, but also invited another non bar guy to join me for free dinner/night out. I wanted to give him some compensation but he flat out refused. Of course, i did over tip him at his workplace the next day and he was surprised but accepted it. Cant recall other ocassions that ive invited another guy to join us.
