Muscle, Florida's point - top/btm - is relevant. If language is imprtnt for u, spanish is closest to english. If u reside in the USA, flights to LATAM r cheaper. I m a fan of colombia. M sure u'll have fun there; splitting time btw bogota, medellin, cartagena. M unaware of any "setup like DR", with a Manny to provide service. U'll have to find them on ur own: in brazil - saunas; in colombia - brothels and clubs.
