I think Rose Hotel is another cheap option with pool. But of course it is rather old.

I had thought of more weekend trips in October and November but my guy tells me to save the money for long Christmas trip in December. So I guess that's the end of my updates for this topic! I will write separate trip report for December.

One easy way to get your guy to wear something is to tell him that he looks good when he wears that. My regular guy has many black polo T-shirts and just one white polo T-shirt. After I commented that he looks better in white, he always makes it a point to wear the white polo T-shirt when we meet. In fact, he bought two more white polo T-shirts subsequently!

Jupiter's models only report to work at 9.30pm. Show starts at 10.30pm. If you want to, you can check out the other bars first to have a look as they open earlier.

I agree about Ibis being cramped. I will only stay there if I want to use the swimming pool

Spacious room. The sofa in front of bed is something only 5 star hotels have. Can accommodate more than 2 people in room for sleeping. But personally too far for me. I wouldn't want to walk that much back every night. I prefer 56 surawong, raya and ibis styles.

Women are more open-minded than what we think. I recently found out about a guy at Freshguys who gets offed to go out with a husband-wife couple!

It is at soi 6. First shop in row of many shops. It used to be called Natural Massage but now it is called Sun Massage because one of the new co owners used to work at old Sun Massage next to Tawan.

While waiting for my guy to finish work, I went to Urban Thai for foot massage. 399 baht but very good facilities. From the chair where I had my foot massage, I could see my 3rd floor corner room at 56 Surawong. Room 301. Just a few metres next to Surawong Road. I leave the blinds up to bring in natural light into the room. The only time I bring the blinds down is when I discuss stamp collection with my guy!

My guy and I didn't sleep well on the first night at 56 Surawong but once we got used to the noise of traffic, it was no problem sleeping. I noticed quite a number of Japanese guests with their golf bags. I never expected them to stay at such a simple hotel. Maybe they are economising and saving money. Just like me! Next to 56 Surawong is Le Meridien but I have stopped staying there. Too expensive for me. 56 Surawong at less than US$50 per night is probably the best deal for a room in Patpong area.
