  1. I had a similar series of massage experiences last October when I was in Vientiane and Luang Prabang.
  2. I am adding this to my list of Vinapu advice and tips for the seasoned (and unseasoned ) traveler. It should rank with the "smile" rule and putting different denominations of bhat in different pockets.
  3. Don't remember ever seeing #5. But to the left when facing the Agate is TBMI, the Thai Blind Massage place. Excellent regular massage. Last trip (early February) had a good massage with light HE at Blue Massage.
  4. Have a great trip Paulsf and feel free to report on HK
  5. I agree with Vinapu's suggested bars. Also check out HotMale bar (downstairs) and see if Paul SF is in residence as he's the Forum mamasan for soi Twilight. If he is (you can PM him), he will be a font of information and is a rock of a person.
  6. The bluetooth keyboards serve as a stand for tablets when I don't want to hold mine in my hands. Good on planes...at least those that allow tablets.
  7. My last to offs from Screwboys were at 2000 for short time.
  8. Hmmmm...I assume / presume a lack of faithfulness and I don't want to know the details.
  9. Thanks for your report(s) concise and straight forward.
  10. Good for Nick, good luck and much success....
  11. Moses...I enjoy these teasers
  12. I'mone of those who switched from the Tarntawan to The Raya. My flights to Bangkok from the US always arrive around 11pm. Depending on the line at immigration, it's about ninety minutes from exiting the plane to The Raya. You need to book for the night the plane arrives. I used Agoda last two times and got a good rate with the same cancellation you were offered. Read up on getting a taxi from the airport. Have The Raya's address as most driver's don't know it and tend to come down Surawong so that the hotel will be on the left. At 1:30-2pm, the bars are closed or closing. You might see some of the boys who didn't get offed eating from the carts in the bank parking lot to the left of soi Twilight. Post on the forum about a week before you arrive that you will be in town. It's fun to meet up with other members if the have time. Many of us don't have out plans as organized as you.
  13. Say hello to PaulSF...
  14. Seems that the number of visits has grown by almost 10,000 since Numazu went on a personal furlough. Guess we all check back to see if he's returned.
  15. Presidents 7 back from Trump is Carter. (Carter, Reagan, Bush 1, Clinton, Bush 2, Obama, Trump) Popes 5 back is Paul VI (Paul Vi, John Paul I, John Paul II, Benedict, Francis)
  16. Great news!
  17. Looks like this is a fluid situation...have to wait for a formal announcement and develop alternative visit dates
  18. I have a US prescription for sildenafil (which is the pharma name for viagra). In Thailand, you can get local versions of viagra at any of the pharmacies. The ones I know of are Sideagra and Kamagra. They come in tablet form. Kamagra is also available as a gel pak. Do they help? I'm on the older side of life, for me they help.
  19. With more than 35,000 views of this post, Numazu, your reports are read, valued, and enjoyed...while there was a circular firing squad, you did not get in the circle. Write on, when you want, about what you want. As you mention, you will be back in Bangkok in April for Songkran - a time to enjoy, participate, take photos (for self and/or others) - see what time brings...hopefully some more joy in making reports.
  20. Thanks for this report...it is fresh and filled with its own charm
  21. Not sure what to say here. I enjoy Numazu's reports and having met him and Burboy know they are a great pairing. I've also met DivineMadman and know that he is thoughtful and one who looks out for and protects the boys. Which is what I belive he was doing when he called the face pictures out to Numazu, who followed up by obscuring the faces. About this point, things on this post deteriorated. So I hope Numazu's suspense laden tour of the top 3000 eating places in Myanmar and Thailand continues.
  22. A traveler's truth that should be in the gay trip advisor
  23. Anyone panning to travel to Bangkok and Thailand in December should be aware of the ceremonies surrounding the late King's cremation. This article summarizes the current plans. http://www.bangkokpost.com/news/general/1208069/royal-funeral-planned-for-late-december I was planning a trip between Christmas and New Year's. May reconsider...
  24. Thanks...I'll need to add a new destination to my travel plans

Repeating a suggestion made by Vinapu that I've adopted: when booking a hotel, book a double. Saves some problems if hotel has a guest policy
