I disagree - when I reviewed the CCTV footage with the security team and also with my main Thai friend who organizes my 4 hands massages for me - we could see that this guy was: lying to everyone about his true intentions with contradicting stories to me and to the security team, you don't ring someone's doorbell incessantly at 2:50am and then lie about it that you made a mistake. I traveled alone - but I was one of many passengers on the speedboat. I stopped bringing my Thai friends to Koh Larn because all they do is hide in the shade underneath the trees, sleep, and complain it is too hot. They don't join me to play and swim in the clean sea water because they do not want to get brown or tanned. So, I go alone and save my money and I truly enjoy myself.

I went to Koh Larn island yesterday, Sunday 15 September 2024. I took speedboat from the Bali Hai pier - 150 baht each way and 20 to 25 minute ride. I prefer the western side of the island (beaches are better) so I use the AM (green) speedboat service to Tawan beach and then I rent a motorbike for 300 or 400 baht and I drive across the hill over to my FAVORITE beach = Tien beach. I have this app on my mobile phone and it is VERY useful. I lost my motorbike driving license on nearby Koh Larn 6 months prior and I was able to use the digital facsimile on the app whenever I was stopped for a control.

Market to those gays who are thinking about places to retire - and make Pattaya - Jomtien a known global retirement destination (HUB), like the Canary Islands, Key West, Mykonos, Palm Springs, Ibiza - Sitges are, 3.) Same as the above number 2, but with an emphasis on Pattaya - Jomtien as a gay vacation tourist destination --> especially in light of 2 recent Thailand government initiatives: - legalization of gay marriage, - government's desire to host the 2030 World Gay Pride event. There are so many positive things that could be done - because the current 2 local websites are only local in nature and are inward focused, instead of being outward focused with a global emphasis.

These funds are used to enhance and maintain the appearance of the Supertown Complex - of which these new marquee signs are part of. Just yesterday, a bar owner told me that the small massage shop in front of his bar was paying 40.000 baht monthly as their rent to the Jomtien Complex office. So, if you look at the below official Supertown Jomtien Complex map - you can see that there are in excess of 50 business entities inside of the Complex. Let us say that the average rental fee is 20.000 baht * 50 entities = 1.000.000 baht per month - as a conservative income for the Jomtien Complex leasing office. It is most likely higher - so they can definitely afford to pay for 2 new large marquees to adorn the complex. Tonight I was joking with many of the various business owners where the new marquee displays a sexy muscle man. I asked them where are these muscle guys in the complex? What Vinapu wrote about the cost is VERY true. The only way to mitigate this to get more "bang for the buck" is to make sure that both of the guys that you want to make the 4 hands with are: into each other, agree on the program menu (s = soft like reciprocal handjobs, ss = everything outside of the anal sphincter, h = hard - includes anal sex - but need to identify who would do who - i.e., who would agree to be a bottom).
