My issue on last trip to Thailand were not monetary, I'm strong believer in market setting prices of whoring and I don' subscribe to theory that tourists are ruining market for locals. Going to Mahanakhon is easy and I actually wonder why we did not came to that idea when we were there together. I guess whoring preoccupied us.
