Trump Tax Plan Targets Thailand as 'Non-Reciprocal' Trading Partner
vinapu replied to reader's topic in The Beer Bar
looks that Trump administration is very detail oriented. Trump and tax PLAN ? that 'plan' part must be a joke -
you ? You are Olddady , not old Scrooge

he did not die of HIV , just to steer this topic back to an original subject.

very valid point , not only in this discussion but in general. When people are talking about countries they visited they tend to extrapolate what they saw and experience in places they visited to a whole country. Shiny new subways in capitals have nothing in common with rickety 50 years old carriages taking people to the market in deep provinces and palatial condo buildings often are just stone throw from slums. So one's view may entirely depend on which side of river friends he is visiting live.

It's free world, not 'free world". When you will be able to say openly that your president is leading country in wrong direction or even is outright idiot , whether you are right or not, without fear of retribution then you will understand sweet taste of freedom.

nothing wrong on settling on one guy and having quasi boyfriend experience with him next trip. My advice though will be to have plan B as next trip you may find that he is not as hot as you thought at the first time or , even worse, he may be as hot as he was but you will notice he is not interested in you and tries to avoid your eyesight when you are in bar . And it's always possibility of him not being on the scene anymore. Take it from me , with quite a few trips there I went through all those options. But if everything works as you wish, yes , I'd stick to known quality. Older I'm more and more I believe that's is the best course of action although not necessarily involves just one guy like Vessey said above .

about time, spending so far resources on the war finally some roubles were employed to productive use. Country who has ambition to be great power needs to show it's less mercenary and more humanitarian side

????? !!!! this is 'common sense" of category " guy is in bed dying with cancer , lets strangle him to spare him suffering , lower our costs and release bed for somebody else '", it makes logical sense but fortunately humanity doesn't work that way leaving such reasoning to animal world.

speaking about cutting foreign assistance - it's shooting oneself in foot to a great degree. Where all those goodies distributed are coming from ? Sourced locally or rather shipped straight from donor countries enriching their population in process. It's enough to see what cars all those do-gooders are driving while on their mission. Certainly not local rickshaws

neither using credit card during grace period was my case, I just took debt , pure , clean and simple , reasoning that it's now or never as January 2025 is unlikely to return in foreseeable future
-
Trump as crisis manager is like fireman trying to extinguish fire by pouring more gasoline on it
-
I don't know about reader but my last trip in January was entirely financed by debt and I'm proud to report that paying it off goes very well,

I don't think US presidents remit goes as far as to interfere with companies spending in such detail.
