  1. What a stupid tittle for trip report – if somebody says that , I won’t blame him . I’d do the same. Still I stick to it. Reason is simple – during my month -long trip which took me to 4 countries of SE Asia I stay in 11 hotels and in 9 of those I was given room on , you guessed it correctly, third floor. Arrived at Swampy past midnight. Quite crowded , I was 11th in priority line. By time I cleared immigration and bought SIM card, my luggage popped out so I could go straight to taxi. Driver suggested 500 to Silom, I agreed but said ‘you pay the tolls”, he nodded approvingly. Considering that meter would be 300 plus 50 airport fee plus 75 tolls, that 500 was not that extortionate . In passing I noticed that exchange booths are giving less then 30 baht for a dollar , never seen dollar that low. In taxi I contacted D. He is boy I was watching on Grindr and in June spotted him in Dreamboys. Offed him , we hit it one so in Aug he was my companion for most nights. As enthusiastic on 10th meeting as he was on 1st to a degree that I considered D monodiet on Thai part of this trip but as we learn soon life intervened providing some variety. Few minutes after I entered my Raya room, one of two this trip NOT on 3rd floor, phone buzzed – D arrived for reunion, smiling and clingy as always. He once said ‘ my body is yours to enjoy” and that says a lot about his attitude. In the morning we had breakfast in hotel and then parted ways. My watch stopped at 1.30. , battery dead I thought so went to soi 5 market to see if I can get it fixed. Battery was good, It was mechanism which died after 25 years of service. But it turned new oner can be had for 400 and watch will be ready in 4 hrs. Then to XOne to exchange money. In the afternoon jet lag started to rise its ugly head but I couldn’t sleep. Guardian Angel passed by and suggested I walk to Prince in Soi Suan Plu 6 so I did. On main street I noticed barbers are charging 150 for haircut , shop after shop so went in first without customers and got spruced up. In front of Prince , like last time , James whom I saw first time in Arena back in 2013 welcomed me but somehow Guardian Angel told me to check inside who is available. And there he was – L ,another guy I was watching on Grindr. Not just standing there but smiling at me so my choice was easy. Mamasan talked me to take VIP room , I gladly did , after all it’s my 1st day on month long trip. 1.5 hr. session , I thought I’m in paradise or something. Massage great and guy even better, knowing well his job and sensing why I’m there. Stupidly I left my phone in the room so we couldn’t exchange Line or WhatsApp. My only hope was I will find him on Grindr and contact him there or if comes to worst , will return to Prince in day or two. What I secured from L was that he is very willing to do Long Time. It looked that between D and L I will have Bangkok part of tip secured. In the evening meetup in Foodland with two forum members, talk over dinner and when time came , we all three went to Tawan. Bar was full, not that it’s hard task to fill it up, but full it was. It was quite refreshing to be in bar knowing that I ‘m not looking for an off. Of course K planted himself right beside me so I treated him with drink but told him right away, no offs tonight because I like girls now. After show we parted ways , I went to Dreamboys to see what was going on the scene and of course picked up D for another round of stamp collecting. Great start for the trip , that day one.
  2. Dreamboys Pattaya doesn't have a show anymore for all I know. Castro does but not sure it qualifies under male athleticism heading. Bar in Jomtien Complex you mention is The Best Bar, one between Venue and @Home bar. Show is still there but guy you mention is not longer in it, gone with the wind before I managed to start a chase.
  3. I find that some years ago water was more wet than it's now
  4. not that I'm surprised
  5. Yes and no, Hagia Sophia in Istanbul is in the same place since 532 AD and so is Notre Dame in Paris. When visiting Lviv in Ukraine in 2019 I was told that there's streetcar line running the same streets since end of 19th century, during that time city was in 4 different countries - Austria, Poland, USSR and Ukraine. And Sherlock Holmes still lives at 221 B Baker Street in London for all I know although rumors are Dr. Watson moved out already.
  6. I'd say 'for the same kind of room" on my recent trip I booked room on Agoda in certain Phu Quoc hotel . Few days later my friend upon learning I will be there, booked on Trip.com the same kind of room in the same hotel for about 10$ (1/4) less. I felt jealous but only up to day of checking in. I received room on 7th floor with the sea view, my friend got identical room on the 1st floor with view of wall of neighboring building. Mystery of price difference was solved
  7. good that you stay alert, link requesting re-entering credit card info is tell-it-all but i guess many would fell into that trap
  8. it's not that drastic, but world used to look at USA for guidance and leadership. Current leadership there is not providing either, only presenting ass for willing to kiss . Some African despots are looking as venerable statesmen in comparison. I heard there's proposal to to rename Dulles airport to Trump international, operetta continues. What's next? Replacing Washington of 1 $ note or Jackson on 20's ?
  9. that's enchanting
  10. it's Ok as long as his ass is round and firm
  11. +1 although I don't like ones deformed my silicone , mooks etc
  12. Brilliant ! if you exclude Canada and Mexico and the EU and Asia, not much is left. Specially that Gringos are quite universally eternally hated in Latin America and Middle Eastern Arab streets are the same for unqualified American support to Israel. American can might being propped by Eswatini, Kiribati and the likes looks like chapter from operetta , not world politics . that seem to be delusional and it's not what I hear from right , left and center.
  13. really, turning once world power to laughing stock ? peoples and countries may be afraid of American might but that doesn't stop them from laughing at POTUS generated circus. All the same like with schoolyard bully - being afraid of him doesn't stop students from counting him as idiot, strong idiot, but still. In 90-ties , at Russia's low point somebody said that it's like Gambia with nukes. Now USA is heading that way.
  14. What a stupid rant ! US has nukes, correct, so what? so does North Korea
  15. and for a tip, more than just muscles
  16. spare us your singing
  17. You are right, sometimes dick is attached to a real dick
  18. Since March and April are by far my busiest months of the year, my hospitality is suspended for that period. I live far from the City but close to the airport which makes easy to dispose misbehaving guests. I don't have gold faucets, I don't have Trump's taste. Cheap, chrome plated will do for you since they are good enough for me. My guests are supposed to cook at least 4 dinners per week, be forewarned. I provide provisions , you just need to cook. Country is indeed beautiful but March and to a degree April are still winter months.
  19. Unfortunately I already returned home last Friday and date of my next trip is unknown, hoping it will be before well announced Jan 2027 trip. Speaking about Midnight bar, , I was impressed with their new acquisition, tall and handsome Lao guy
  20. all personalities share the same age
  21. not quite, I like my age and venture to suspect so does Olddaddy, otherwise he would use different nick
  22. I'm glad that all 4 boys I was able to meet in Cambodia on my recent trip were well above their country average , including one who was about to double that average. And so was one of two Cambodians I saw few times each in Bangkok recently. So as with all averages , there are just statistics
  23. wouldn't few packs of condoms and big tube of KY be more suitable and practical gift?
  24. nice wish but when reality dawns on you , you started to be forever old, whatever forever has in store for you
