That's a few years back.....I'm going next week to bring some medicine to older people I know there. They've insisted I don't go because there's nothing on the shelves..... My one way ticket to Boston from HAV was $106 usd and I used Copa miles to go there on United from Mexico......we'll see how it is. Customs has also removed almost all limits on food and medicine that you can bring. There were weight and money limits before, now supposedly none, according to the Cuban aduana web page and what recent visitors in Mexico have told me.

These days, I'd bring someone I found on an app or mileroticos with me, so there's a sure thing at least. I do this in Sao Paulo when going to a place like Upgrade Club for example. One time there was a guy sitting on the floor, next to the urinal waiting for piss. I'd talk to him when I was in there, I told him I won't pee on him because I don't want him to get drunk 😆. Seemed like a nice guy, could be a lawyer or politician for all I know, but on subsequent visits, he'd ask who I brought or how many I brought, lol

ranging from that to 1000.....I'll never understand someone paying for another person to sleep. If I'm getting along with someone and like them, I offer to let them stay the night. In most cases they will sleep in a much more comfortable bed, a/c or heat, have a hot shower in the morning, not wake up to noise/roosters. I've had a few that mention that they charge more for that and I tell them, I won't charge them for the nights rent and we'll be even.....I prefer to sleep alone, I only offer if I know they live far and I feel good with them. People throwing money expecting the GP's to like them more is stupid, if you want to help the guy out, help him open a business and show you really care.. They perceive that as an easy mark, next thing you know all the guys in the sauna know what you pay. Again, I wouldn't want to go car shopping with someone like that.
