Acyr, that used to be part owner of 3 saunas, used to not charge GP's an entrance if they didn't have a client that day so at least they only lost their time not end the day in the red....I always liked that approach.

Tell that to a local, and the GP's who's entrance doubled.....tourists are the minority. Also, I lived in Brasil when the Real got strong....prices didn't drop to reflect that and that's when the shoe was on the other foot and lot's of once a year travelers, didn't go back....
