Very good and accurate report...although many similar things happened with me, there were some differences....perhaps my interview skills have sharpened over the years of many fake pics and duds? for termites or your tricks? I've lived in N Carolina, Florida & Texas all know for termite problems and stick built houses...never had a problem. In Mexico, pure concrete home, had termites, wtf? Treated with holes drilled in floors and treated with some chemical injected, no more problems.

yes...some guys quote 70k....I usually give at least 100k, if they ask for transport money, it's built in I tell them. but the range is 120, 150, 200, then out of my range. Many initial quotes are very quickly lowered when I countered with 100k.
