December has always been my favorite month, nice weather....not too crazy with tourists, good flights- kids still in school so hardly any families traveling..... Other months, the humidity is so bad, just stepping outside you're soaked from sweat. I'm not a beach person, so can't help much there, except going to Pattaya, but not for the beach.

Brasil and Mexico are pretty good, both places on average 30usd for hookups, although some "model" types do ask about 75usd...... My 1st take from those questions , is that he is gay and wants to make hookups, have sex...and make money at the same time. So if he's not interested in you, he won't go or will come up with some other requirements that will make it unlikely that you will go. If he's interested, he gets sex and makes money. So, I've had them count all my stamps to see how many days I was there to make sure I wasn't over 180 days. They were kind of strict at the moment, when the US started requiring photos of Brazilians entering the US, and Brasil reciprocated by being dicks to us.....

If it's a single owner, individual property perhaps. But chains and well known hotels have standards that they have to adhere to. The Hilton Mexico city is notorious for not letting you bring anyone you pick up up to your room. I make sure the guy has an ID, and when he is questioned, I make them register him. Sometimes seems like a scandalous confrontation at the Front desk, but doesn't deter me from doing so. The Othon Palace in Rio was the only hotel that I couldn't get to back down....and that was in 1999.
