Looks nice. Do they have umbrellas at sun-desk and outdoor shower?

I agree: PP isn't so interesting - just dusty city without interesting objects. That why I prefer Siem Reap - there are a lot of historical sites around of SR. Only in Angkor you can spend weeks. As well I never use vans from Khaosan Rd. - they start late, arrive to Poi Pet in peak (most crowded) time, at Cambodian side they want to "sell" you for commission to guesthauses. My way: from BKK and PTT to Poi Pet I use taxi (2200-2500 \ 2500-2700 Baht), using e-visa helps avoid queues at border in Cambodian visa office, then car from angkorcars.com to Siem Reap. Total time is about 5 hours - the same like at airplane.

It's easy: just have more info about Thailand, give to search engines to index it and be visible with this info in SE To check which keywords about Thailand are popular in SE and write some info about. After that submit posts to SE... With readers will also come people who will ask questions and another people who will share their info with other members of forum...

had visit this disco few times: every time it was extremely overcrowded... it is good place to search for "one-night-friend", but for dancing and relaxing it is useless... for good experience in BKK "Route 66" in RCA is much more interesting even it is mix place: 4 different dance-floors with different styles of music (house, techno, disco and rock) and nice big garden outside with tables where you can sit and chat and hear(!) friends

Hm... About 12 years ago I had the same situation with my exBF (we were together 3 years to that time already). Small differences are: I found them in time of sex coz use keys. And I gave them 15 min while went to buy beer for all. Rest was the same. It was in another country even not in Asia. The end was: in 1 year my exBF had marry on her, they got nice kid (boy), in next 6 month they moved to London, there they got one more boy and in 1 year after second boy was born she run from my exBF with rich Arabian men and left sons to my ex. Now he is back to his country, has 2 sons and sometimes call me to chat. His mother and father call me sometimes and sent me nice postcards to my birthday and Christmas. Since that time (11 years ago) I have strict rule: NO place for bisexuals in my life.

That shows to us what your BF is very smart... and knows what western people like... "men in his 50, who wants to have love" for sure will be impressed with gifts like this... I just try now to explain here if it is "everyone's_mistake" to gift "something what you like" at time when you should to gift "something what your BF likes" (I'm not talking about you directly - just in general)... Once I had visit to our Thai friend (young 28 yo gay men). I saw about 25-30 toys of different sizes from 10 cm to 0.5m - Pokemons, bears, bunnies, cats... They was gifted by his "farang"... But refrigerator in room was empty and boy lend from us 50 baht to buy something to eat...

travelerjim, when I first time saw my BF 7+ years ago - he was student of last course of UNI... now he is Ph.D. already... from first meeting till now we had gifting each other many times... we are in love, but I never gift him in amount which he can't gift me back, coz in love main point is not "to take" but "to give" and I don't want to make him pain from idea if he can't gift me back with equal gift... it's from our culture... as well I want to mention here, what Thai (and Asian in general) have VERY different customs about gifting in comparing with western culture...

Have you ask your BF what he prefer to get to his Birthday - money for to cover 1/2 of his monthly room's rent or box of cookies for the same price?

Which one "domestic air carriers"??? there are NO domestic carriers with airplanes, with exception of balloons and helicopters around Angkor Wat... all "domestic" are just code-share with Australian, Singaporean, Vietnamese or Thai airlines...

This digits can't represent real situation in Thailand just coz Thai from rural areas sometimes even have no possibility to use banks for to deposit money as well top-level of holders don't use Thai banks for deposits and prefer banks in another countries... More representative and adequate is Gini index... it reflects unequal income... than lower it is then more equal is income in society... For example Gini index as per CIA is: Namibia 70.7 (the world's highest) Argentina 45.7 USA 45.0 Thailand 43.0 Russia 42.6 Israel 39.2 Japan 38.1 New Zealand 36.2 UK 34.0 Spain 32.0 Australia 30.5 Germany 27.0 Norway 25.0 Sweden 23.0 (the world's lowest)

I'm wondering why this tread is inside of "Gay Thailand" section but not in "The Beer Bar". Here is nothing about "gay" and nothing about "Thailand". By the way: there are no Buddha, Roosevelt, Hitler, Pope, Lincoln in list.. Ppl who have interest in youngsters can check also Mario Maurer name (it's safy - he is 21 yo already)

Friend of mine told in web-chat about tonight heavy rains in Pattaya till early morning. As I know peak of wet season is at different months for different places in Thailand (As per wiki: BKK - Sept., Samui - Nov., PTT - Oct.) How hard is to live in thus places at time of peak of rainy season? Is it necessary to migrate btw cities in Thailand to avoid peak of rains for comfort living?
