If you are hip, gay, and in Dallas, you make sure your sweet ass has a meal at Dish at least once a week (not including the drag brunches). It is ground zero for fabulous in the gayborhood, and boy does it know it. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for – surprisingly excellent food. And if you go with the “small plates” selections, you can get away on a budget.
