Barbara’s Pavilion

Barbara’s is owned by a woman named Barbara, who holds court to a gang of locals and loyals. It skews a bit old, but on some nights the crowd can be surprisingly diverse. And everyone’s out to have a good time, so there’s no scene-y posing here. The outdoor terrace is wonderful, even in winter.
