Guest ryoyo Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 I visited the their's facebook page but only saw picture of one masseur (seemed to be the owner). Anyone know how many masseurs there are? Do we choose or assigned randomly? Quote
anddy Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 don't know how many. It seems there is no clear policy about assigning masseurs. I've been randomly assigned on a few visits, then on another I was asked if I wanted to choose. So you should be able to request choosing. vinapu 1 Quote
gymrunner Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 I went to Dr Bear Massage today; I found it quite easily. I entered but there was no one in the entrance foyer. I waited and after a couple of minutes a well-muscled, goateed guy appeared; he told me that there was no one available to massage me until 4.15pm and as it was only 2.45pm I decided to give it a miss. Anyone know if it is best to ring beforehand to book or whether you just have to turn up and take your chance? Quote

gymrunner Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Finally I had a massage at Dr Bear yesterday. This time I rang the day before and booked myself in for 12 noon. When I arrived there was just one masseur on duty; he is also the manager. He was very polite and smiley. I was given a sheet to complete where I selected treatments, the oil I wanted and also denoted any body areas that needed special attention. I chose a 30 min body scrub, a 60 min oil massage and the Organ 2. The cost for these treatments was 1260 baht. The body scrub was excellent, the strokes are very sensual and every crevice is reached. Afterwards I took a shower during which the masseur popped his head in and asked if I wanted to move to the VIP room for an extra 200 baht, to which I agreed. The scrub had taken place in a curtained cubicle. The massage, with lemongrass oil, began and again it was very sensual and extremely enjoyable. From there things developed and I ended up paying a much bigger tip than I had planned but it was well worth it. Because of the activities during the massage I didn't really get the full Organ 2 treatment but the masseur did make sure I got my allotted two hours. By the time we finished there appeared to be two more masseurs on duty. It was certainly a different massage experience and one that I would go for again. vinapu and ChristianPFC 2 Quote
