Guest Posted December 20, 2014 Posted December 20, 2014 Luckily I have no interest in pursuing this kind of activity. However if they do try blackmail, wouldn't their game be over if you just reply "fine, go ahead, publish what you like" ? I wonder what scams they pull on visitors to their country. Quote
TotallyOz Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 Please explain how this can be blackmail? Are they doing things on camera that are embarrassing? Are they naked? Or, are they just chatting? What do they blackmail against? Quote
Guest LoveThailand Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 I think the article explains it in detail. Quote
TotallyOz Posted December 24, 2014 Posted December 24, 2014 I think the article explains it in detail. Yes, kinda. Was he Skyping with a girl? That is what the article infers. Right? If so, why are they arresting guys? In other words, it sounds to me like he was doing a one way chat with someone with only his video on. If that is the case, my question is why? Why have a chat with someone who has no video on them? Quote
Guest LoveThailand Posted December 24, 2014 Posted December 24, 2014 The girl entices the guy to have a chat - they do soem antics. The guy is recorded - the others (guys) from the gang blackmail and extort money. Quote
