The best airfare deal ever from the USA to Bangkok just started today.

I looked at those.  Business Saver was gone and Business Value was available BKK-ATL and return and the fares were terrible.

 

Much more then EVA, ANA, Asiana, .  Business Saver would have to be 1/2 of Business Value to be a good deal and I doubt it was that low.  

 

As well as the total time was way too long.  No Thanks but thanks for the tip because one in the future might just be a Winner!

The prices are good until the end of schedule. If you have flexible dates finding lower fares is possible. But I would imagine that seats are selling fast so once the US-AUH legs go then you get into higher fare classes.I found $3150 IAD-BKK. And the IAD-AUH legs are on their 787 with their latest business studio seats. But I hear that the US preclearance facility at AUH is a nightmare for the legs to the US. And as firecat notes, US to AUH is a long flight so the overall time is a lot longer than going up and over the arctic.

You must have been luck y. I am looking 8-9 months out and the lowest fare is the Value Fare at 90,000 baht each way which makes the RT about $5500.  The saver fare would have to be 40% lower then the value fare for it to be a good deal.  

 

Maybe it was for 5 minutes .  But i would never pay that amount of money for bad connections etc.

Don't bother!! You can't look past December of this year and all they do is collect phone numbers which I am sure they will use to harass you!
