Facebook being shut down in Thailand?

I got an alert from Thai Visa that Facebook accounts are being shut down. Some say the site is not accessible at all. I still have it here in Bangkok. Not that I can't live without it. :) But, is anyone seeing issues with this?

For a while in Chiang mai we had problems, now okay.  The military is probably testing their equipment.
