He is 66, have had the bar for 8 years and want to retire. He want 5,6 mill. bath for it. If you want a bar in Boyztown, contact him. His partner, David of LaCage, dont want to take over. I do beleive that it is a lease hold and owned by a Thai Lady, same owner of Panorama and Amor. I also beleive that a yearly rent is payable on these premises, not leaving much room for a great profit. With the high season almost here I counted over 57 bars for sale. Not in the Thailand area but only the Pattaya/Jomtiem area. I am counting BARS only !!! This does not include the guests houses/internet shops and all the other businesses now for sale. I smell a bust coming ..........perhaps after this high season is finished? Granted, most are breeder bars but still......if a bar is such a good investment as some would like you to believe, why-oh-why are they selling just before the high season? The mind boggles.
