You will be safer in Phuket

I wonder if the police write these articles.

 

Maybe they'll protect me from the crooked baht bus drivers also.

 

On average it must cost 10x as much or more for a similar distance in Phuket vs Pattaya.

 

Talk about how they can ruin a place by allowing these things to go on

 

Happens in Bangkok and Pattaya but to a far lesser degree then Phuket.

 

I wonder why?

That is one of the main reasons I don't go there.  The transportation sucks and while easy to find, they always overcharge and I find it crazy.
