Latin music in the city of Bangkok? Something different on Soi 4. They are open 3pm-3am . If you get there early try the restaurant and then later you can check out the Club Usually 2nd and third floor are only open on weekends or Holidays and there will be a cover charge to enter which usually includes your first drink.
