You will find this Guesthouse on a stretch of Jomtien beach. This is a paradise location in Pattaya.  It is beachfront and close to the beginning section of the Gay Beach Area.
Tui's Place is a place that you go to getaway from all the craziness. You will have a short two minute walk to transportation into the downtown if you feel the need for some fun in some of the gay areas like BOYZTOWN or SUNEE Plaza. It's for to you to decide!

You will find a restaurant with Thai and Western food. You can have breakfast  looking out over the ocean at very reasonable prices.

You will find no elevator in this Guest House but a huge and gorgeous swimming pool that belongs to high rise condo's behind, not to sure how their manage that but it's available for you's that wish to stay at their guesthouse.

It's been many years but I stayed at Tui's several times between 1999 and about 2006 or so.  They've got 4 or so ocean-front rooms that those are far superior (view-wise and breeze-wise) to the back or garden rooms.  Nice restaurant, clean rooms, friendly staff (including Tui), etc.  And, of course, rather easy access to the beach.  Quiet as a church mouse at night - no doubt the quietest place I've ever stayed in Thailand.

It's a short hike down to the corner to catch a baht bus to town but that fact should only deter those physically unable to walk half a kilometer or so (and/or the terminal lazy).

Great place.
