Michael, a heartfelt thank you for these beautiful and very peaceful set of pictures of my favourite park in Thailand, Lumpini Park. I miss my evenings there sitting on a bench chatting with a friend or people watching or strolling along a path with nowhere special in mind to go. You have brought back fond memories of my time living in Bangkok. Now more than ever I feel a special trip to Bangkok with a must visit to Lumpini Park is in order sooner rather than later.

What a wonderful eye you have for capturing the soul and essence of a place. Kudos to you!

Great photos Michael.

When I first started traveling to Thailand, I stayed in Bangkok in the area of Lumphini park.  Really nice place to jog in the morning, before the heat becomes too intense.  A lot of people enjoying the start of the day there...tai chi classes...even an aerobics class that was very well attended.  A great peaceful retreat in the middle of the chaotic city.
