Guest fountainhall Posted June 27, 2013 Share Posted June 27, 2013 On June 24, the European Union’s 27 Foreign Affairs Ministers adopted a policy that will be binding on all EU states: to promote and protect the enjoyment of all human rights by lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex persons. This upgrades the EU’s non-binding agreement made in June 2010.
