Singer Charice Springs a Surprise

She was the child star who made Oprah Winfrey and Celine Dion cry. In 2008 aged just 16 Celine invited her to do a guest spot on her show in Madison Square Garden. Mentored by superstar songwriter David Foster, she even came to Bangkok as part of the David Foster and Friends concert two years later.

Now she has come out as gay. Good on ya, girl!
