He preferred less radical treatments. However, this almost inevitably lead to peritonitis and further complications. Apparently he had appeared at Bangkok's famous Songkran parties. Japanese porn actor Masaki Koh has died from appendicitis and peritonitis at the age of 29. It is reported that Masaki Koh suffered from appendicitis but because he was afraid of leaving scars, he refused surgery and only gone for conservative treatment.
