The bar-lay out is changed, the toilets re-done, there is new furniture, the bar is extended, yes the lights are dreadfull, but the music is ok. The drink-prices have increased considerably, but that may be due to the "double shot" concept. Most important: The old load of boys has been replaced by a new fresh load. Attractive guys in nice outfits. As for the investment........I've heard of THB 2m which is, in my opinion, pretty overdone. I can't believe it has been THB 4m, but probably it will be THB 6m next week. Quote
