TotallyOz Posted November 12, 2006 Posted November 12, 2006 This was once my favorite bar in Pattaya. There were few nights that I didn't go there a while back. The last few times I have tried, there were very few boys on stage and the ones there had NO smile at all. What happened? Quote
Guest PeterUK Posted November 12, 2006 Posted November 12, 2006 Why do you sound so surprised? Isn't this the normal pattern for all but a few bars: alternating cycles of scarcity and plenty? Go back in a few weeks' time and it will probably be all hustle (and perhaps even a bit of bustle) again. Quote

I just don't understand a bar that has boys on stage and a sour look on their face. If the ones there had at least shown some happiness, it would have been much better. Quote

No one in there right mind would spend from 300,000 baht buying into a Bar, then not make the guys dance and look as though there at a a party. Unless he is a looser. because he will loose thats for sure. unless of course he has at least 12 stunners there, then anything goes. Quote

The last few times I have tried, there were very few boys on stage and the ones there had NO smile at all. What happened? I think a lack of clientelle and therefore a loss of interest by the boys. The problem is that it used to have a fair mix of boys but latterly they are nearly without exception lady boys - OK if you like that, but many people don't. VARIETY is the spice of life (and the thing that makes bars successful). ! Quote
