A person who did spend time in Africa and did contribute to charities therein. He said, indeed, that charity to Africa did make a significant improvement in living conditons and that it should continue. Also he said that voluntary sterilization of men was an extremely important factor in improving the living conditions and lowering the birth rate. Quote
