ChristianPFC Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Is this what it looks like? If you take a closer look at the picture, you will notice a discomforting fact. Is it what it looks like? I was in a hurry, when I walked past, so I couldn’t check. (Paris August 2012) Quote
Rogie Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Looking very closely I think I can see a shadowy figure behind the net curtains. Was the President of France due to pass by later that day? Quote
Guest thaiworthy Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Well I looked and looked and I can't see a damn thing wrong. I think you and Fountainhall should get together and start an album of tricky pictures. Quote
Rogie Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 I was in a hurry, when I walked past, so I couldn’t check. That's an odd statement, you were in a hurry, yet you stopped to take a photo. Why? What's so special about the LCL building, apart from it being in Paris (lucky old you!) ? Also, I thought Paris was supposed to be deserted in August, yet you were there . . . Quote
Guest fountainhall Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 No idea! There are a great many refections in the window but difficult to make most out. Quote
ChristianPFC Posted December 25, 2012 Author Posted December 25, 2012 The window sill has stainless steel (?) spikes/cones to prevent people from sitting on it. Yet, people are sitting on the window sill. I am wondering if some the spikes/cones are missing or ... Quote
Rogie Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 . . .are missing or . . . Difficult to know from your photo Christian whether the four people have indeed impaled themselves on spikes, or whether the things that look like spikes really are. The perspective makes it difficult to work out how wide the seating area on the window sill really is. Quote

Guest thaiworthy Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 The spikes are too far apart, so they do not prevent people sitting there. That has always been my problem when sitting on spikes. But then the prostate is much more likely to be punctured rather than pleasured. Quote
