Guest terrychris Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 When Im in town I enjoy the Sky Bar,used to be run by a French fellow Alan, don't know if this is still the case. But a pleasant relaxing bar without pushy boys. They used to serve fantastic delicious meals ,is this still the case? Alan apparently was a chef in his native Corsica. What is the latest on the Three Zone Bar? I heard it had closed? Quote
llz Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Threezone opened three days after I left last November (grrrrrrrrrrrr...) as U-Turn Bar and a more "modern" lay-out, but I could not see any recent feedback about the new place. Quote
Guest Doug Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 U-Turn is one of the new breed of screened bar, which means: - the interior is hidden behind folding screens - there are many handsome boys to "entertain" you behind the screens - the drink prices are approaching gogo prices - customers can arrange for special shows and demonstrations Will these screened bars (Sunee now has 3) survived the raids. U-Turn may because one of the principals is a BIB. Quote
