TotallyOz Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 I have heard from several friends that the new owners of Krazy Dragon have gotten off to a good start. They have recruited many new boys and the place was hopping when they were in there. If anyone has been there and has some reports feel free to share! I'll try to get over this weekend as well. Quote
MrBill Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 I have heard from several friends that the new owners of Krazy Dragon have gotten off to a good start. They have recruited many new boys and the place was hopping when they were in there. If anyone has been there and has some reports feel free to share! I'll try to get over this weekend as well. I was there Monday I think it was. I can't say it was hopping, but I liked the atmosphere. Drinks were reasonable, I was given a little container with salted peanuts that was refilled periodically. No hovering mamasan but someone (the manager?) politely checked periodically to see if I had decided on someone. A few of the boys pushed to sit down with me but accepted "Mai krab, kop khun krab" graciously. There was one boy, #89 named New, if you like infectious smiles and rock-hard abs, give him a look He also has a great sense of humor and is just plain fun to be around. ChristianPFC 1 Quote
MrBill Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 One thing I want to add to my previous reply. Before I left KD with Khun New, he wqs handed a mobile phone by the (I assume) manager. As soon as we got to my room, New said he had to make a call to his friend, but I knew was calling the bar. When we finished our time together and he again placed a call to his friend. I've not encountered that in BKK or Pattaya before, but it does show that the owners are taking an interest in the boys' welfare. Quote
pennyboy Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Many gogo bars keep the boys' mobile phones while they are working and hand them back when they finish work. This avoids the boys using them when they should be dancing and also means they don't stick them down their knickers. Quote
TotallyOz Posted December 9, 2012 Author Posted December 9, 2012 I went in tonight and it must have been an off night. There are only 4-5 boys there. But, I thought for 99 baht, I'd site and have a drink. I did. The music is not blasting like many bars and I like that. The one boy that came to the table was nice and friendly. However, with not much going on, I decided I'd move on to the next bar. I looked at the bill and the drinks are now 140 baht. So, I guess the 99 baht drinks are now gone and I looked around and saw the new signs that all drinks are now 140 baht. Oh well. Quote
