Hi!

I am planning a trip to Pattaya and esp. Jomtien, question is where to find a nice room/condo? Does any of you members here can give me an advise where to go or where NOT to go? Any tips/links/sites would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Of course that’s easy to tell you where to stay, Lots of fabulos places. all to do with how much a night you want to spend?

Your be spoilt for choice of Gay Hotels around jomtien?

From 700 baht a night up to the skys the limit, but here is where I know your wont be Disappointed?

From the very nice Claudio’s Rooms to Gannymead for Budget rooms.

See Gannymead rooms first, some are very basic.

Or try Orchid Guest House everyone loves that?http://www.orchid-guesthouse-pattaya.com/

Then you can spend a bit more, for fabulous rooms and suites, Poseidon Guest House. With Spa pool

Try EAST Suites, above the very nice TAPAS restaurant great rooms 4 star?

Or Sansuk Guest House, very nice rooms and Gay Sauna thrown in, sex and sleep what more can you want?

Are you sure you want to stay in Jomtien, rather than South Pattaya?

Obviously Jomtien is near the the beach & has a small selection of gay bars.

Most gay bars & all of the gogos are mostly in South Pattaya, including Boyztown & Sunnee areas.

Maybe they need to fix the toilet.

I stayed at Jomtien Beach Residence for two weeks and found it very accommodating. They are directly across from the beach and you can catch the baht bus 1 block away. Nearby is an excellent restaurant called Rich Man, Poor Man. I really like their food, mostly farang fare.

If you decide on Jomtien Beach Residence, ask for Alan Ottesen. He speaks Thai and perfect English. I cannot recommend this place more highly if you want to stay in Jomtien.

How come no one mentions the great hotel I stay in when I visit Pattaya? I am talking about the very clean and comfortable Poseidon nicely located in the Jomtien complex, We did stay at the Rabbit Resort once, but it is quite a walk to catch a red bus and not a good walk at night. Their shuttle is not always there.

Wow!

Thank you guys for posting so many answers, I just became a member yesterday and so cool you are all here :)

I do want to thank you for all options mentioned, but fact is I checked them all already, since I will be staying 2 months a hotel is not realy an option (too many people and too small rooms) so I am looking for a room/condo outside the big hotels.

Maybe I should rephrase my question and say "I am looking for a room/condo outside the big well known places".

Again if anyone has a suggestion I gladly hear it :)

Thanks in advance!

Quick question for anyone that has stayed at Ganymede:

What would you suggest for room type? I cannot make sense of their website when it comes to selecting a room. 3 different "wings" with multiple room types, but no real description of the rooms or differences between them.

Am I just missing something?
