I am not sure if this is the same as Cafe Ritz, but a quick google check got me this map. If it's accurate, then the restaurant us just round the corner from Dick's. Hope it helps.

Thx, but no. The Garden Cafe is a new offshoot of the Ritz Cafe, supposedly somewhere quite nearby.

Okay. I've now been informed that "its in the Garden of the Massage Parlor". That makes sense, as the Ritz staff can stand on their porch and look left directly at it.

Yes easy to find, walk out of the RITZ turn left and you can see it, nearly opposite the DUO House, half price in some cases, good food, good price, fast service, what more could you want, oh by the way, the portions are enormous, so don't eat for a day.

You're right, massage has a higher priority than food any day, but that particular shop is staffed by distaff only. It's called the Pretty Lady Parlour.
